Ministers Aceng, Tumwebaze Enter ‘Rank and File’ of Muhoozi’s PLU Structure

  Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng and her Agriculture counterpart Frank Tumwebaze have been assigned number-based ranks in General Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) newly unveiled leadership structure. Tumwebaze designated Patriotic Officer (PO) PO 013 while Dr Aceng is assigned PO 015. The rankings were announced on Sunday by Muhoozi via his official X (formerly Twitter) account, as he expanded the organisation’s “Patriotic Officer” (PO) numbering system. “In addition to the 12 Patriotic Officers announced by comrade Andrew Mwenda the day before yesterday (March 20, 2026), I award the following numbers to the following comrades,” Muhoozi wrote. The newly assigned rankings also include Harunah Kyeyune Kasolo (PO 014), Joanne Okia (PO 016), Jackson Atima (PO 017), Ojara Mapenduzi (PO 018), Nelson Nshangabasheija (PO 019), and Frank Mwesigye (PO 020). “Keep tuned. Tororo district stuck with 12 un-coded community schools

Tororo District local government is struggling to operate twelve community primary schools that have not been coded by the Education and Sports Ministry. The schools include Malaba, Agel Gabriel, St. Mark Mella, Paguyuni, St. Peter’s Kinyil, St. Pius Mius, St. Constantino Kisote, Nam waya Church Uganda, St. Charles Lwanga Asinge, Asinget Community, Morgwang, and St. Joseph Ngetta Community Primary Schools. The schools have been operating for over 10 years in areas where there are no other government primary schools. For instance, the Malaba Town Council does not have another government school except St. Jude Primary School that serves the entire Town Council, and other government schools are located in distant areas.  The school, sitting on 8 acres of land, currently has an enrollment of over 800 pupils and was founded by the town council leadership and the community after parents expressed concern over the distance that their children would move in a bid to attend education. It now seems very likely that American and Israeli forces will succeed in defeating the Iranian military on a purely military level.
