KCB Bank Uganda Hosts Iftar Dinner As a sign of Togetherness During Ramadan

KCB Bank Uganda hosted a special Ramadan Iftar dinner that  brought together members of its community for a moment of reflection, gratitude, and unity during the holy month of Ramadan.

The gathering, held at Four Points Sheraton Kampala, provided an opportunity for guests to come together during the break of fasting  while celebrating the spirit of compassion, generosity, and togetherness that defines the sacred month.

Managing Director of KCB Bank Uganda,Mr.Edgar Byamah said the occasion reflected the Bank’s commitment to nurturing meaningful relationships and celebrating the diversity of the communities it serves.

He emphasized that Ramadan is not only about fasting but also about generosity, compassion, and supporting those around us.

“Ramadan is about giving back. It is about supporting those around us and living a life focused on Transforming Today Together. We are reminded of our responsibility to contribute positively to the communities we serve, which aligns deeply with the purpose of our bank.”

The Managing Director noted that KCB Bank branches across the country will continue engaging with Muslim communities throughout the month.

Meanwhile Guest of Honour, Sheikh Kibirango, commended the bank for recognizing the significance of the holy month and fostering an atmosphere of inclusion and respect.

In the spirit of sharing and giving that defines Ramadan, KCB Bank Uganda also presented food hampers to members of the Muslim community in attendance, supporting them as they observe the holy month.
