Mr. Ochola equally observed the issue of outstanding school fees balances among parents and revealed that of the UGX 900 million debt inherited by the committee, they have cleared UGX 700 million. Despite rising food prices, she affirmed the school’s commitment to keeping learners in school and maintaining a conducive learning environment. Notably, she clarified that unlike some institutions that use AGMs to increase school fees, Rock High School has chosen to maintain its current fee structure, reinforcing its dedication to affordability and accessibility.
